In the semi-closed industrial silicon submerged arc furnace, the silicon ore enters the furnace body through the feed port and is heated at high temperature.

Over time, the silicon ore gradually melts and dissolves, forming metal silicon liquid at the bottom of the furnace.

The silicon liquid flows out from the collecting port at the furnace bottom and is cooled and solidified to obtain finished silicon ingot. At the same time, under the action of the combustion system, the waste gas generated in the furnace is discharged after treatment to realize the recycling of heat energy.

The silicon iron furnace cover is of frame-type water cooling structure, and the center area is made of non-magnetic materials.
The electric silicon meting furnace flue is provided with water cooling section between the second and third floors to reduce the flue gas temperature.
